Bengaluru-based fintech startup Navi Technologies, led by Flipkart co-founder Sachin Bansal, has raised $100 million from Dutch global consumer internet investor Prosus in its maiden institutional funding round. The transaction remains subject to customary regulatory clearances, including statutory approval from the Competition Commission of India.
