Info Edge founder Sanjeev Bikhchandani will take over as Executive Vice Chairman, Managing Director, and Group CEO on December 3, 2026. He succeeds Hitesh Oberoi, who is stepping down after nearly 27 years with the company and over 16 years as MD and CEO. Oberoi will transition to a non-executive director role on the board to focus on higher education, investing, and philanthropy. Under Oberoi's tenure, the Naukri.com parent's market capitalization expanded from around ₹2,500 crore to nearly ₹80,000 crore while scaling businesses like 99acres and Jeevansathi.
