The potential transaction would establish Sarvam as India's highest-valued artificial intelligence company. The startup develops Indic-language foundational AI models and enterprise workflows for government departments and private corporations. Sarvam's existing enterprise customers include major institutions like Life Insurance Corporation of India, SBI Life, IDFC First Bank, Tata Capital, and Cred.
