Sarvam AI Releases Sub-44ms Open-Source Decision Model Prism

Bengaluru-based AI startup Sarvam AI has launched Prism, a fast System 1 decision model fine-tuned on its Sarvam 105B architecture. Designed for enterprise workflows such as intent routing, model selection, and document intelligence, Prism processes inputs in a single forward pass instead of generating tokens sequentially. Running in FP8 precision on a single GPU, the model delivers sub-44 millisecond response times and scored an average of 71.8 across three industry benchmarks. Sarvam AI has released Prism's weights publicly on Hugging Face under the open Apache 2.0 license and made it accessible via API.
