Seeds Fincap, an Indian non-banking financial company catering to small businesses, has raised over Rs 100 crore in a Series B round led by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation. Existing investors Z47, Lok Capital, Norinchukin Capital, and Alteria Capital also participated, with Unitus Capital acting as financial adviser. Founded in 2021 by Subhash Chandra Acharya, Avishek Sarkar, and Sumeet Dhall, Seeds provides cash-flow-based loans from Rs 50,000 to Rs 10 lakh to nano enterprises. The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand physical branches, hire staff, and enhance risk tracking.
