Semicon India 2026 Begins in New Delhi With Over 575 Companies

Semicon India 2026 is set to open at Yashobhoomi in New Delhi on 17 September 2026, inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Organised by the India Semiconductor Mission in partnership with SEMI and IESA, the three-day event will feature over 575 participating companies, up from 350 in 2025. According to MeitY Additional Secretary Amitesh Kumar Sinha, the event includes 300 international and 275 Indian firms. The edition focuses heavily on startups and talent, offering a dedicated Workforce Development pavilion, company-sponsored hackathons, and AI-enabled matchmaking to facilitate business meetings across the semiconductor ecosystem.
