Enterprise software provider ServiceNow announced two new AI products, AI Workflow Factory and Autonomous Engineer, during its World Forum event in India. The tools are engineered to help organizations identify automation opportunities, deploy autonomous agents, and manage enterprise-wide workflows across their existing technology ecosystems. ServiceNow is expanding its Indian footprint by focusing on domestic enterprises, global capability centers, and IT partner networks as corporate clients transition from experimental pilots to production-grade deployments.
