After-sales service platform Servify narrowed its net loss by 40% to Rs 51 crore in FY26, down from previous losses, despite a marginal 4% dip in operating revenue to Rs 751 crore. The decline was largely driven by a 27% drop in its India business to Rs 242 crore. Meanwhile, the United States solidified its position as Servify's largest market, contributing nearly 60% of total revenue at Rs 448 crore, up 12% year-on-year. White-labelled protection plans remained its primary revenue driver, generating over 97% of total operating income during the fiscal year.
