Enterprise AI startup Shamrock AI raised $5 million (Rs 47.4 crore) in seed funding led by Endiya Partners, with participation from Capria Ventures. Founded in 2026 by Sarat Addanki, Anuraag Nallapati, and Michael Gallagher, the Shillong-headquartered startup builds an agentic assurance platform using an Enterprise Business Knowledge Graph to help enterprises deploy AI agents reliably. The startup focuses initially on automating testing for ERP transformations such as SAP S/4HANA migrations. It plans to use the capital to expand teams across India and the US, accelerate product development, and enter Middle Eastern markets.
