Valued at roughly $100 million post-money, the startup will use the fresh capital to expand its cloud network and scale across North America. Founded by Amritanshu Jain, Simplismart provides an orchestration software layer to optimize inference costs, latency, and GPU utilization for enterprises like HeyGen, InVideo, and Shiprocket, while powering serverless AI inference on Yotta's Shakti Studio.
