Smartworks Posts ₹591 Crore Revenue and ₹26 Crore Profit in Q2 FY27

Managed office space provider Smartworks reported its financial results for Q2 FY27, posting a 39% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations to ₹591 crore compared to ₹425 crore in Q2 FY26. EBITDA grew 37% to ₹391 crore, while total income reached ₹605 crore including non-operating revenue. Lease-related depreciation formed the largest cost at ₹259 crore, followed by operating expenses of ₹172 crore. Smartworks achieved a net profit of ₹26 crore during the quarter, turning around from a net loss of ₹3 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
