Smartworks to Invest Up to Rs 600 Crore in Expansion Capex

Gurugram-based managed workspace provider Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd plans to invest Rs 550 crore to Rs 600 crore in capital expenditure during this fiscal year to expand its footprint and meet rising enterprise demand. Founder and MD Neetish Sarda shared that the capex covers triennial centre refurbishments as well as fresh capacity additions. Smartworks has already signed up over 3.5 million square feet of space under construction. The company manages 16.9 million square feet across 70 centres in 15 cities, serving more than 760 enterprise clients, and generated Rs 1,850 crore revenue in FY26.
