Smartworks Turns Profitable In Q2 With ₹26 Crore Net Profit

Managed workspace provider Smartworks posted a consolidated net profit of ₹25.6 crore for the second quarter of FY27, reversing a net loss of ₹3.1 crore recorded in the same period last year. On a sequential basis, net profit surged 95% from ₹13.1 crore. The company's operating revenue rose 39.2% year-on-year to ₹591.4 crore, compared to ₹424.8 crore in Q2 FY26. Total income stood at ₹605.3 crore, while total expenses grew at a slower pace of 28.1% to ₹570.4 crore, enabling the flexible office space operator to achieve strong operating leverage.
