Gujarat-based traditional snack and sweet brand Jagdish Farshan has secured ₹43.5 crore in a Series A funding round led by Harsh Mariwala’s family office, Sharrp Ventures, with participation from select angel investors. This marks the 1938-founded company’s first institutional fundraise. Led by CEO Aakash Kandoi, the brand currently operates 27 retail outlets across central Gujarat and two in North America with over 500 SKUs. The fresh capital will be deployed to accelerate pan-India geographic expansion, boost manufacturing and supply chain capacity, expand retail distribution, and scale up digital commerce infrastructure.
