Snap Chief Business Officer Ajit Mohan is stepping down from his role, with his departure taking effect on December 31, 2026. The former Meta India head and Hotstar founding CEO announced his exit on LinkedIn, citing personal reasons and a desire to spend more time with his family in Singapore. Snap noted the departure was not due to any disagreements and elevated Ronan Harris to the newly created role of chief commercial officer to lead global advertising sales. Mohan previously joined Snap in 2023 as Asia Pacific president before becoming CBO in 2025.
