AceVector, the parent entity of e-commerce marketplace Snapdeal and SaaS platform Uniware, debuted weakly on Indian bourses on October 5, listing at an 11.5% discount to its issue price. Shares opened at ₹28.32 on the NSE and ₹28.30 on the BSE against the IPO issue price of ₹32. The ₹420 crore public issue had been subscribed 5 times, comprising a fresh issue of ₹287 crore and an offer-for-sale worth ₹133 crore from early backers SoftBank and Nexus Venture Partners. Co-founders Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal did not offload shares.
