Shares of AceVector Ltd., the parent company of e-commerce marketplace Snapdeal, made a weak stock market debut, listing at an 11.5% discount on the NSE and BSE at approximately Rs 28.30 compared to its issue price of Rs 32. The Gurugram-based company raised Rs 420 crore through its initial public offering, which comprised a fresh issue of Rs 287 crore and an offer for sale worth Rs 133 crore. Key backers including SoftBank and Nexus Venture Partners partially diluted their holdings. The IPO was subscribed 5.07 times overall, valuing AceVector at Rs 1,540 crore.
