Snapdeal parent AceVector is set to make its stock market debut following a 4.93 times subscription for its ₹420 crore initial public offering. The issue, which opened on September 25 and closed on September 29, comprised a fresh issue of ₹287 crore and an offer for sale worth ₹133 crore, priced in the ₹30 to ₹32 band. Once valued at $6.5 billion with backing from SoftBank, Alibaba, and Foxconn, Snapdeal pivoted to value commerce targeting Tier II and III shoppers. AceVector also operates software arm Unicommerce and consumer brands business Stellaro Brands.
