Snapdeal parent AceVector’s ₹420 crore initial public offering has provided a partial exit to early institutional backers, albeit at steep valuation discounts. SoftBank entity Starfish I emerged as the largest seller in the offer-for-sale component, securing ₹88.3 crore by offloading 2.76 crore shares at ₹32 each, realizing a steep 0.08X return multiple. Nexus Venture Partners also recorded mixed and negative returns across three investment vehicles after selling 86.9 lakh shares. Valued at ₹1,741 crore, AceVector’s public issue consists of a ₹287 crore fresh issue and a ₹133 crore secondary sale.
