SoftBank affiliate SVF II Ostrich has sold 5.55 crore shares of Bengaluru-based Ola Electric Mobility, reducing its stake from 12.9% to 11.7%. The open-market transaction occurred between January 6 and October 22, 2026, alongside the sale of 1.12 crore rights entitlements. The stake sale coincides with Ola Electric’s ongoing Rs 1,000 crore rights issue running until October 30, pricing shares at Rs 27 each. Institutional backers Motilal Oswal Financial Services and Calliope Capital Advisors applied for 2.39 crore shares. Meanwhile, founder Bhavish Aggarwal pledged a 4.32% stake to fund his participation without selling shares.
