Space robotics startup Cosmochute has raised $1.5 million in a pre-seed funding round co-led by Accel and Prosus Ventures through the Atoms X programme. The round also saw participation from IIMA Ventures' Deep-tech and Aerospace Acceleration Fund, Operators Studio, and angel investor Chinmayi Muthyala. Founded in 2026 by Janhavi Gore, Amit Chowdhary, and Dhruv Alok Sangal, the startup is developing robotics infrastructure for the lunar economy. Its flagship LEAP platform combines a modular rover and trailer for standardized lunar payload transport. The fresh capital will be used for product development, engineering expansion, and commercial roadmap execution.
