Hyderabad-based spacetech startup Cosmoserve Space has secured $6 million in a seed funding round led by Japan-based venture firm Rebright Partners. The round also witnessed participation from Aranya Holdings and Naandi Ventures, alongside existing backers. Cosmoserve develops space debris removal technology and intends to utilize the newly raised capital to strengthen its technological framework and prepare for commercial operations targeted by 2028. As low Earth orbit becomes increasingly crowded with satellite constellations, Cosmoserve aims to provide critical remediation services to safeguard orbital infrastructure for global satellite operators and commercial space agencies worldwide.
