Tagbin co-founders Saurav Bhaik and Ankit Sinha showcased their AI-powered platform, BRIXX, designed to streamline building design and construction workflows. Unveiled at TechSparks 2026, the tool integrates architectural drawings, Building Information Modelling (BIM), mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and project costing into a single prompt-driven interface. Users can describe architectural structures in plain natural language or upload reference images to generate 3D models, calculate cost estimates, enforce regional building codes, and generate construction schedules. The platform aims to reduce persistent project delays and budget overruns that routinely impact India's construction and architecture sectors.
