TBO Tek Q2 FY27 Net Profit Rises 12% to ₹76 Crore

Gurugram-based travel distribution platform TBO Tek reported a 52.5% year-on-year increase in operating revenue to ₹865.6 crore for Q2 FY27, up from ₹567.5 crore in Q2 FY26. Consolidated net profit grew 12.6% YoY to ₹76 crore. Hotel and package bookings drove performance, contributing 86% of total revenue at ₹745 crore, up 55% YoY. Air ticketing and allied services brought in ₹120 crore. Total expenses rose 55% YoY to ₹780.7 crore, driven by service fees of ₹304.5 crore and employee costs of ₹190.7 crore. Shares traded at ₹1,593.5 following the results.
