Hero Electronix-owned Tessolve Semiconductor has secured $75 million (Rs 718 crore) in a funding round led by Vector Line Capital, with continued participation from existing investors TPG and Novo Tellus Capital Partners. Founded in 2004 by Srini Chinamilli, P Raja Manickam, and Veerappan V, the company offers turnkey semiconductor engineering services spanning chip design, validation, and embedded systems. The Bengaluru-based firm plans to deploy the fresh capital toward strategic international acquisitions and expanding its AI and high-performance computing chip development capabilities, following its acquisition of Germany's Dream Chip Technologies in November 2024.
