Defence tech startup Tonbo Imaging's ₹852.1 crore initial public offering was oversubscribed 6.95 times on its second day of bidding. The issue received bids for 5.93 crore shares against 85.26 lakh shares on offer. Non-institutional investors led demand with 12.36 times subscription, while retail individual investors bid 6.34 times their quota. Qualified institutional buyers subscribed 3.94 times, and employees booked their portion 12.03 times. The IPO comprises an offer for sale of 1.2 crore shares at a price band of ₹665 to ₹700 per share, valuing Tonbo at ₹4,009.8 crore.
