Tonbo Imaging's cofounders Arvind Lakshmikumar, Ankit Kumar, and Cecilia D’Souza collectively made ₹137.2 crore by offloading shares during the defence tech company’s ₹852 crore initial public offering. Chief executive Lakshmikumar sold 11.5 lakh shares at the upper price band of ₹700, securing ₹80.5 crore while retaining 38.18 lakh shares. Related entities CEAQ Technologies Pvt Ltd and Singapore-based CEAQ Technologies Pte Ltd offloaded shares worth ₹350 crore and ₹291 crore, respectively. Early-stage venture capital backer Artiman also secured ₹13.8 crore by selling two lakh shares, realizing a 4.8X return on its investment.
