TPG Offloads Shadowfax Shares Worth ₹115 Crore in Fourth Bulk Deal

Private equity major TPG has sold an additional stake in listed logistics firm Shadowfax for ₹114.8 crore through an open-market bulk deal. Executed via NewQuest Asia Fund IV, TPG offloaded 40 lakh shares at ₹287 apiece, marking a minor 0.3% discount to its previous closing price. This transaction represents TPG’s fourth stake sale in Shadowfax across three months, following prior sales worth ₹300 crore, ₹200 crore, and ₹113.6 crore. The divestment comes as Shadowfax shares gained over 144% in six months following an 8X net profit surge to ₹65.4 crore in Q1 FY27.
