TPG's NewQuest Sells ₹115 Cr Shadowfax Stake Via Bulk Deal

TPG-backed NewQuest Asia Fund IV has sold 40 lakh shares of logistics company Shadowfax Technologies in a bulk deal worth Rs 114.8 crore at Rs 287 per share. This marks NewQuest's fourth stake sale in three months, offloading a total of 2.85 crore shares since July and reducing its stake by roughly 4.86 percentage points. Shadowfax, founded in 2015 by Abhishek Bansal and Vaibhav Khandelwal, reported an eightfold jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 65.4 crore for Q1 FY27, with revenue growing 65% year-on-year to Rs 1,358 crore.
