Gurugram-based logistics marketplace TrucksUp has raised $8.2 million in a growth round at a post-money valuation of $42.3 million from institutional investors and family offices. Co-founders Sarthak Shah Elwadhi and Aviraj Singh Chadha also increased their stakes. Founded in 2022, TrucksUp operates an AI-driven digital freight platform connecting truck owners and fleet operators with businesses. The startup uses AI algorithms to match available trucks with verified loads, reducing wait times. The fresh capital will be used to scale technology infrastructure and fleet solutions across its road network.
