TVS Leads India’s EV Two-Wheeler Market in October as Ola Drops

India’s electric two-wheeler registrations rose to 2,23,847 units in October from 2,08,705 in September, according to government Vahan data. TVS Motor maintained its market leadership with 60,429 registrations, capturing a 27% market share following an 11.08% month-on-month increase. Bajaj Auto held second place with 49,067 registrations and a 21.92% share. Ather Energy ranked third with 31,796 registrations, up 2.75% month-on-month, after posting Q2 profitability. Hero MotoCorp surged 22.34% to 29,901 units. In contrast, Ola Electric slid to fifth place with 12,096 registrations, declining 10.12% month-on-month and holding a 5.4% market share.
