TVS Retains Electric Two-Wheeler Market Lead In September As Registrations Rise

India’s electric two-wheeler market rebounded in September, with registrations rising over 12% month-on-month to 2.07 lakh units from 1.85 lakh in August, according to Vahan data. TVS Motor maintained its market leadership with 53,989 registrations, capturing a 26.06% market share. Bajaj Auto secured the second spot with 48,383 registrations and a 23.51% share, growing 17% month-on-month. Ather Energy ranked third with 30,479 registrations, while Hero MotoCorp surged 27% to 24,306 units. Ola Electric slipped to fifth place with 13,449 registrations, marking a 3.53% monthly decline amidst rising competition.
