Clean energy financing platform Two Point O Capital has raised $10 million in a Series A funding round led by Transition Venture Capital. Existing investor Omnivore and angel investors Chiranjeev Singh Saluja and Sudhir M Reddy also participated. Founded in 2024 by Karan Bhutani, Archit Mehrotra, Manya Ranjan, and Shashidhar Reddy, the startup provides financing, equipment leasing, and turnkey solutions for commercial and industrial clients adopting distributed clean energy. The fresh capital will be used to finance clean energy asset deployments, expand into battery storage systems, enhance its technology stack, and accelerate hiring across teams.
