Two Point O Capital, an AI-powered clean energy deployment platform catering to commercial and industrial businesses, has secured $10 million in fresh capital in a round led by Transition Venture Capital. Existing agritech and climate investor Omnivore participated alongside angel investors Chiranjeev Singh Saluja and Sudhir M Reddy. The company plans to deploy the proceeds to expand its capabilities into battery energy storage systems, accelerate technology development, and strengthen deployment pipelines across target sectors. Two Point O Capital focuses on accelerating enterprise decarbonization by structuring and financing distributed renewable energy assets for businesses.
