Udaan FY26 Revenue Rises 13% to ₹5,134 Crore, Losses Narrow

B2B ecommerce unicorn Udaan reported a 12.6% increase in operating revenue to ₹5,134 crore for FY26, up from ₹4,561 crore in FY25. The company's net loss narrowed by 19.4% to ₹851.5 crore, down from ₹1,055.4 crore in the previous fiscal year. Senior Vice President Vishnu Menon credited the improvement to operational efficiencies, tighter execution, and a cluster-led operating model across cities and categories. Despite narrowing burn, Udaan's financial audit flagged material uncertainty regarding going concern status, as current liabilities exceeded current assets by ₹1,391 crore at the end of FY26.
