Udaan Gross Revenue Hits ₹5,134 Crore in FY26, Cuts Net Loss

B2B ecommerce platform Udaan posted a 12.6% year-on-year increase in gross revenue to ₹5,134 crore for FY26, up from ₹4,561 crore in FY25. The Bengaluru-based unicorn also narrowed its consolidated net loss by 19.2% to ₹852 crore, down from ₹1,055 crore in the prior fiscal year, marking its fourth consecutive year of trimming losses. The financial recovery follows Udaan’s strategic pivot away from non-core categories like lifestyle to concentrate on groceries and essential goods. Employee benefit expenses fell significantly to ₹347.5 crore due to reduced ESOP costs.
