Unicommerce Posts ₹6.4 Crore Q2 Profit As Revenue Grows 15%

E-commerce enablement SaaS provider Unicommerce reported an unaudited consolidated net profit of ₹6.40 crore for Q2 FY27, marking a 10.7% year-on-year increase from ₹5.78 crore. Operating revenue rose 15% to ₹59.10 crore compared to ₹51.38 crore in Q2 FY26. For H1 FY27, operating revenue reached ₹110.45 crore, up 14.7% year-on-year. Total expenses surged 18.9% to ₹52.83 crore, driven by a 23.4% rise in employee benefits and a 41.5% jump in server hosting costs. Shares of the Gurugram-based company closed at ₹76.09, valuing it at ₹896 crore.
