Unicommerce Q2 Profit Rises 11% to ₹6.4 Crore, Revenue Up 15%

Ecommerce SaaS company Unicommerce reported an 11% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to ₹6.4 crore for the September quarter of FY27, while surging 37% sequentially. Operating revenue grew 15% year-on-year to ₹59.1 crore, supported by double-digit growth in its Uniware and Shipway business lines. Adjusted EBITDA stood at ₹10 crore, delivering a 17% margin. Unicommerce added 121 enterprise clients, including United Colors of Benetton and Furlenco, during the quarter. The company also launched DNA, a second-generation AI tool under Uniware that automates operational responses and accelerates decision-making for online merchants.
