Urban Company is planning a fresh fundraise roughly a year after its September 2025 stock market debut to support its quick-service vertical, InstaHelp. The company’s board will meet on October 16 to evaluate raising capital via equity or convertible securities through routes including preferential allotment, private placement, or a Qualified Institutional Placement. The move follows mounting financial pressure from InstaHelp amid competition from Snabbit and Pronto. In FY26, Urban Company posted a net loss of ₹235 crore despite 34% revenue growth. InstaHelp recorded an adjusted EBITDA loss of ₹132 crore in Q1 FY27.
