Urban Company Q2 FY27 Revenue Grows 41% as InstaHelp Losses Mount

Urban Company reported a 41% year-on-year rise in operating revenue to Rs 527 crore for Q2 FY27, up from Rs 380 crore in Q2 FY26. However, losses widened threefold primarily due to aggressive investments in its on-demand quick home services vertical, InstaHelp. InstaHelp generated Rs 20.37 crore in revenue across 6.2 million orders, posting an adjusted EBITDA loss of Rs 174 crore during the quarter. The core India consumer services segment grew 28% to Rs 336.4 crore, while international revenue jumped 82% to Rs 75 crore amid increasing competitive pressure.
