The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet has approved the Uttar Pradesh Startup Procurement Scheme 2026 to help local startups sell directly to state government departments and agencies. Under this initiative, the state will establish a dedicated UP Startup E-Marketplace operated by the Uttar Pradesh Startup Mission. Eligible enterprises registered under the state startup policy can list their innovative products and services, allowing government departments to make direct purchases using approved budgetary allocations. The policy is designed to boost market access for early-stage tech ventures, improve civic service delivery, and stimulate direct and indirect employment across Uttar Pradesh.
