ValueQuest Investment Advisors has secured over ₹2,100 crore in capital commitments for its ValueQuest Tristar Fund within 15 months of its first close, exceeding its initial target and greenshoe option. The private equity fund focuses on advanced manufacturing opportunities across aerospace, defence, precision engineering, and the energy transition sector. To date, the fund has backed four companies: circuit board producer Hi-Q Electronics, satellite communications specialist Rangsons Aerospace, battery storage firm Waaree Energy Storage Solutions, and precision engineering company Trusted Aerospace & Engineers, known as TASE Global.
