Rainmatter by Zerodha, Unicorn India Ventures

Bengaluru-based engineering and precision manufacturing startup Venttup has raised $3 million in a pre-Series A funding round co-led by Rainmatter by Zerodha and Unicorn India Ventures. The startup plans to deploy the capital to scale its engineering talent, build precision manufacturing and rapid prototyping capabilities, and integrate artificial intelligence into B2B sourcing and supplier intelligence. Venttup is also setting up a manufacturing facility in Bengaluru to serve defense, aerospace, and energy transition sectors. Venttup's revenue grew fivefold to ₹10 crore in FY2025–26, with an order pipeline of ₹30 crore.
