Bengaluru-based manufacturing platform Venttup has raised $3 million in a Pre-Series A funding round co-led by Zerodha’s Rainmatter and Unicorn India Ventures. Founded in 2021 by Sandeep Nair, M. Wasim Ankli, and Joseph Panakkal, Venttup helps hardware and deeptech startups bridge the gap between prototypes and commercial production by managing engineering and a network of MSME manufacturing partners. The startup plans to utilize the newly raised capital to expand its engineering workforce, establish precision manufacturing and rapid prototyping infrastructure, and integrate AI into supplier intelligence, B2B component sourcing, and overall operational efficiency.
