Vertiv Deploys India’s First Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling for AI Workloads

Digital infrastructure provider Vertiv has deployed India's first direct-to-chip high-density liquid cooling system in partnership with CapitaLand India Trust at the CLDC Mumbai 01 Data Center in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The project features Vertiv's proprietary Secondary Fluid Network skid design and engineering capabilities, purpose-built to support intensive 30 MW artificial intelligence workloads. As artificial intelligence models and high-performance computing demand increasingly dense power architectures, the deployment establishes critical thermal management infrastructure in India, setting a benchmark for hyperscale data centers hosting modern AI compute clusters across the region.
