Healthtech-focused venture capital firm W Health Ventures has completed the final close of its second fund at ₹700 crore ($84 million), exceeding its initial ₹630 crore target. The fund was backed by family offices and institutional investors across India and the United States. Founded in 2020 by Sunil Wadhwani and led by Managing Partner Pankaj Jethwani, the firm plans to back eight to ten early-stage healthtech startups over four years. Fund II has already invested $10 million in cancer care platform Everhope Oncology and $7 million in US-based Everbright Health.
