Bengaluru-based wedding services startup Meragi is set to raise Rs 28.68 crore in a fresh bridge funding round at a flat post-money valuation of around Rs 305 crore. Existing backer Accel India is leading the round with Rs 14.34 crore, while Peak XV Partners is investing Rs 5.56 crore and DG Daiwa Ventures is contributing Rs 9.56 crore. Founded in 2021 by Mukund Mohan Raj, Abhinav Chandran, and Lakshminarayan B, Meragi offers wedding decoration, photography, catering, and venue services. Post-allotment, Accel will hold 22.14% in the company, followed by Venture Highway with 15.92%.
