WeWork India Q2 Profit Surges 219% to ₹20.4 Cr as Revenue Grows 34%

Flexible workspace operator WeWork India posted a 219% year-on-year surge in consolidated net profit to ₹20.4 crore for Q2 FY27, up from ₹6.4 crore a year earlier. Operating revenue grew 33.6% year-on-year to ₹767.8 crore, driven by strong enterprise demand and desk additions. During the quarter, the company added a record 11,700 desks, expanding its operational footprint to 145,300 desks across 85 centres in eight cities. Total expenses rose 32.4% to ₹766.9 crore, while sequential performance saw a turnaround from a ₹4.1 crore net loss in Q1 FY27.
