WeWork India Q2 Revenue Rises 34% to ₹768 Crore as Profit Surges

Managed workspace provider WeWork India reported a 33.8% year-on-year rise in operating revenue to ₹768 crore for the second quarter ended September 2026 (Q2 FY27), up from ₹574 crore in Q2 FY26. Total income reached ₹786 crore, including ₹18 crore in other income. Net profit surged over 219% to ₹20.44 crore from ₹6.4 crore in the prior fiscal period. Total expenses rose 32.5% to ₹767 crore, primarily driven by lease depreciation at ₹314 crore and finance costs at ₹175 crore. For H1 FY27, revenue reached ₹1,452 crore with a net profit of ₹16.37 crore.
