Khadim Batti, co-founder and chief executive officer of digital adoption platform Whatfix, passed away following a sudden cardiac arrest. Batti co-founded the Bengaluru-based software-as-a-service company in 2014 alongside Vara Kumar, scaling it into a global enterprise technology provider valued at approximately $900 million. Whatfix provides an in-app digital adoption platform that overlays enterprise applications to offer real-time interactive guidance, employee training, and user analytics. Before building Whatfix, Batti co-founded SearchEnabler and served as a delivery head at Huawei Technologies India, establishing himself as a prominent leader across the SaaS ecosystem.
